    These are some poems that I live by. Mattie Stepanek was an amazing little boy who lost his life too soon. He beat the odds of musular dystrophy but lost his life to the disease. Here are a few of his poems that will change your life if you let them.

    On Being a Champion

    A champion is a winner, A hero. Someone who never gives up Even when the going gets rough. A champion is a member of A winning team. Someone who overcomes challenges Even when it requires creative solutions A champion is an optimist, A hopeful spirit. Someone who plays the game, Even when the game is called life. Especially when the game is called life. There can be a champion in each of us, If we live as a winner, If we live as a member of the team, If we live with a hopeful spirit, For life.

    Prayer for a Journey

    Thank You, God, Not just for life, But for our journey through life. Life is a miracle, And a journey through life Is so full of so many more miracles If we travel with our Heartsongs. Thank You, God, For blessing me with the Gift of Heartsongs, So that I can enjoy my miracles.

    There's a women crying on the kitchen floor, She got a call tonight. Now she's trembling outside her daughter�s door Walks in and holds her tight Wondering how and where to start, Is there a way to shield her heart?

  • A Lifetime???

    Wow. I haven't blogged in what seems to be a lifetime! I barely get on here anymore which is really sad! I used to be on here all the time, but school has taken up most of my time lately. Speaking of schoo...I love it, but it can be hard on me as well. Things are looking up for me as far as my career goes so I can't complain. Right now I am working with the MDA to get a concert to happen at my school which is pretty amazing! Everyone should check out he MDA and what they do for people. Billy Gilman is their main supporter so everyone needs to check them out! Anyways I am working right now but I thought I would check in with everyone who thought that once again I had gone missing!

    Congrats Carrie for being inducted into the Oklahoma Music Hall Of Fame!!! That is AMAZING!!! It's not the Country Music Hall Of Fame but for her to even be recognized after only being in the business for a little over 4 years is crazy cool! Congrats again Carrie!!! God Bless

    ohh yaa. carrie was amazing. i think she should have won female vocalist. but she got the biggest award of the night, which was awesome!

    Haha Yea I know how you feel, I watched my little cousin go to school the other day I was like "Have fun at school..wow that felt werid" lol b/c he's already going to school and I remember him being a baby! lol.My weekend was amazing! Lol, I got my Temp's, I went driving, played a little softball, hung out with my friends in the sunshine. Haha, Nothing Like the Summer Time! What about you?
